Focus on the help you need
You can prioritise the bathroom, toilet, kitchen or living areas without requesting the same work in every room. Tell us which tasks you manage independently and where assistance would be useful.
Describe surface wiping, reachable dusting, vacuuming, mopping or bathroom cleaning, including surfaces needing particular care. Explain any first-visit work that differs from your regular priorities.
Fit cleaning around the household
Mention times when a room needs to remain in use. In a shared home, agree the private and shared areas to be cleaned and identify belongings to leave alone.
The arrangement does not automatically include cleaning for all residents or another person’s rooms. Report any known concern affecting safe access when requesting the quote.
