For a more detailed clean, describe the rooms, current condition, priority tasks and anything excluded from the request. Flag mould, hazardous material, pests, repairs or difficult-to-reach areas, as these may need a specialist.

Use a spring-cleaning guide for a proposed single household reset, then convert that label into rooms, tasks and an order of priority. “Spring cleaning” is not an NDIS support category, and the name alone does not make the work fundable.

Need help for a single visit? Tell us which tasks matter most, your preferred timing and any time or budget limit. The written quote should make clear what is included, what is excluded and how lower-priority tasks will be handled if the agreed limit is reached.

The vacate links lead to a separate private-pay quoting pathway, not NDIS Household Tasks. Record the property condition, requested areas, inspection timing and exclusions for the quote, but do not rely on a directory page or quote as a promise of a bond refund or inspection result.

Tell us which washing, drying, folding or linen tasks you need help with, the approximate loads and the facilities available. Include product sensitivities, care instructions and where clean items should go. Dry-cleaning, repairs and specialist textile treatment are separate services.

NDIS funding may cover cleaning or laundry only when the support is related to the participant’s disability, meets the applicable NDIS funding criteria and is in line with the participant’s plan. Supports paid from NDIA-managed funding must be delivered by a registered NDIS provider. For relevant Household Tasks paid from plan-managed or self-managed funding, participants may generally choose a registered or unregistered provider, subject to their plan and management arrangement. The funding method does not make an excluded task payable.
Your written quote should confirm the address, agreed tasks and priorities, visit length or frequency, price, exclusions, access instructions, cancellation terms and invoicing contact. Check it before accepting, including who can approve the work and any responsibilities shared with other people or services. Funding and address availability must be confirmed separately.
Find information about plan management, referrals and cleaning in shared or supported homes. These national guides explain the wider arrangements; your own plan, requested work and address still need to be checked.
