Choose the indoor tasks you need
A cleaning quote can include agreed tasks such as:
- vacuuming selected indoor rooms
- mopping suitable indoor floors
- dusting or wiping suitable surfaces that are safely reachable
- cleaning listed standard kitchen and bathroom surfaces
- cleaning agreed bedroom and living-area surfaces
Put the most important rooms first. The accepted written quote lists the tasks included.
Make changes before the visit
A new room or task can affect the time and price. Contact the authorised person before the visit to check whether the written quote or timing needs to change. Keep the current scope until any change is confirmed.
Scope boundaries and special requests
Assessment-only work: heavy build-up, detailed cupboard or appliance interiors, internal glass and unfamiliar surfaces are not standard inclusions. Smurfettes assesses these requests first and includes them only when the exact task is confirmed in writing.
Outside indoor household cleaning: laundry or linen duties, dishes, organising or decluttering, packing or moving items, gardening or yard work, exterior cleaning, property maintenance, repairs, handyman work, personal care, transport, meal preparation, supervision, support coordination, plan management, clinical work, mould or biohazard remediation, and pest treatment.
NDIS funding and a cleaning booking are separate
A written quote describes the cleaning and price; it is not funding approval. Whether agreed household cleaning can be paid from a participant’s NDIS funding depends on the participant’s plan, disability-related needs, the agreed support and current NDIS rules. Smurfettes does not guarantee funding or make that decision. Ask the plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact before accepting the quote if you are unsure.
Before accepting, check the written rooms, actions, frequency, access conditions, inclusions, exclusions, price basis and booking terms against your request. Smurfettes checks the requested tasks, timing and current cleaner capacity. An enquiry does not reserve a cleaner or appointment.
