Plan the routine
A recurring scope can combine core tasks, such as suitable kitchen surfaces, bathrooms and toilets, vacuuming or mopping named rooms, with a separately agreed rotating priority. List what you want every visit and what you may request occasionally. An extra task is included only when it is written into the scope and the time is agreed.
Decide how to use the visit
Put the most important rooms first and identify work that should be left untouched. The quote can describe the tasks and expected service time. If a revised list needs more time or changes the price, the authorised person can approve the updated scope before it is booked. Before the visit, agree how the participant or authorised contact will receive a brief update about completed priorities and any unfinished lower-priority tasks.
Hazardous work, clinical decontamination, pest treatment, restoration, repairs and tasks outside ordinary household cleaning are not included by implication. Appliance interiors, cupboard interiors or high-access work should be discussed separately.

Smurfettes Service Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider for Household Tasks. NDIS cleaning may be funded when it relates to your disability support needs and is in line with your NDIS plan. Whether the agreed cleaning can be paid from a participant’s plan depends on the plan and current funding rules. Check with your plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact if you are unsure. Your booking is confirmed after you accept the written quote and Smurfettes confirms the appointment time.
