Smurfettes provides NDIS household cleaning across Australia, including Surfers Paradise. Tell us what needs doing, what should be left out and how you would like the visit arranged.
Build a practical room-by-room scope
Agreed tasks may include suitable kitchen surfaces, standard bathrooms and toilets, vacuuming or mopping named rooms, reachable dusting and tidying that does not require moving personal items. Put your highest priorities first and agree how completed work or unfinished lower-priority tasks will be reported.
Identify the participant or authorised contact who can approve changes to tasks, time or price. If that person cannot be reached, the cleaner follows the written scope. Appliance interiors, cupboard interiors, high or restricted surfaces, heavy-item movement and specialist treatment need separate assessment. Pest treatment, restoration, food handling, appliance repair and hazardous work are outside routine household cleaning.
Ladders or specialist access equipment are not assumed inclusions. Cleaning does not restore existing damage or guarantee a particular result. A recurring core list and separately agreed rotating priorities can be set out in the quote.
Request a written quote
Send the exact address, priority rooms, task list, preferred frequency, access details and a suitable contact through the contact page, by email or by calling 1300 525 336. Keep keys, access codes, full NDIS plans and unrelated medical records out of your first message. We can agree entry arrangements before the appointment.
Smurfettes Service Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider for Household Tasks. NDIS cleaning may be funded when it relates to your disability support needs and is in line with your NDIS plan. Whether the plan can pay for particular household cleaning depends on the participant’s plan and applicable funding rules. Ask your plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact if you need to confirm. Your booking is confirmed after you accept the written quote and Smurfettes confirms the appointment time.
