The agreed list can include vacuuming or mopping in named rooms, reachable dusting and tidying without unapproved movement of belongings. A regular arrangement can combine a core list with a separately agreed rotating priority.
A one-off appointment has a defined task list. For recurring help, separate tasks wanted each visit from occasional requests, then discuss weekly, fortnightly or another agreed frequency. Confirm the tasks, frequency and visit length in writing.
The quote covers agreed domestic work, not specialist hazards, restoration or repair of existing damage. It does not guarantee a particular cleaning result.
Explain access without moving private belongings
Say whether the requested floors and surfaces can be reached and what should stay untouched. Decluttering, sorting personal belongings and moving large items are separate decisions, not assumed preparation tasks. Tell us before the visit if access to a priority area changes.

Check that the written quote identifies the service, agreed tasks, timing and price. Tell us how your plan is managed, where the invoice should be sent and any reference your plan manager or authorised contact needs. Provide only information required for those arrangements.
A one-off or recurring booking still needs its own funding check; invoice details do not determine whether a support is funded.
