Choose the indoor tasks for the quote
Describe cleaning as actions in named rooms. The agreed list may include:
- vacuuming suitable carpeted or indoor areas
- mopping suitable indoor floors
- dusting or wiping safely reachable surfaces
- cleaning agreed standard kitchen and bathroom surfaces
- cleaning quoted bedroom and living-room surfaces

Choose a suitable visit window

Scope boundaries and special requests

Outside indoor household cleaning: laundry or linen duties, dishes, organising or decluttering, packing or moving items, gardening or yard work, exterior cleaning, property maintenance, repairs, handyman work, personal care, transport, meal preparation, supervision, support coordination, plan management, clinical work, mould or biohazard remediation, and pest treatment.
NDIS funding and a cleaning booking are separate
A written quote describes the proposed cleaning and price; it is not funding approval and does not make every requested task or cleaning cost payable from a plan. Whether agreed household cleaning can be paid from a participant’s NDIS funding depends on the participant’s plan, disability-related needs, the agreed support and current NDIS rules. Smurfettes does not guarantee funding or make that decision. Check with the plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact before accepting the quote if you are unsure.
