Set the task priorities
A useful first enquiry names rooms, priorities, frequency, access needs and any task requiring separate assessment. Detailed appliance interiors, high-access work, heavy-item movement and specialist treatment need separate assessment before inclusion. Ordinary tasks may include vacuuming or mopping named rooms, dusting within safe reach and agreed tidying without unapproved item movement. Identify the core jobs for every visit and occasional requests separately. An extra task needs approval before changing time or price. Tell us about damaged finishes, stains or manufacturer care instructions. A household-cleaning quote does not promise repair or a particular result for pre-existing damage. In a shared home, identify the participant’s rooms, requested shared spaces and who may approve the work. Another person’s separate tasks are not included automatically; discuss any request for their space with the authorised person.
NDIS funding and invoicing
NDIS funding depends on disability support needs, the approved plan and current rules. Smurfettes Service Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider for Household Tasks. This registration does not decide whether an individual request can be funded. Tell us how the plan is managed and where invoices should be sent. If an authorised contact needs a reference, provide it without sending information not needed for the cleaning service.
