Build the recurring task list
You can request kitchen benches, sinks and agreed outer surfaces, bathrooms and toilets, and tidying without unapproved movement of belongings. Identify the core tasks and any separately agreed rotating priority.
Appliance interiors, high-access work, heavy-item movement, specialist treatment and another person’s separate tasks are not automatically included. List requests outside routine surfaces for assessment before booking.
Choose weekly, fortnightly or another agreed pattern after separating recurring work from occasional requests. Confirm the tasks, frequency and visit length in writing.
Record surface care and instructions
Tell us about damaged finishes, existing stains and manufacturer care instructions. Uncertain surfaces can be assessed or excluded. Household cleaning does not promise repair, refinishing, restoration or a particular result for existing damage.
Say whether you prefer phone, email or communication through an authorised contact. Identify rooms not to enter and items not to move. Agree a revised written scope before changes to tasks, time or price take effect.
Check invoice arrangements
Check that the quote identifies the service, tasks, timing and price. Tell us how your plan is managed, where the invoice should go and any reference needed by your plan manager or authorised contact. Share only information needed for these arrangements; billing details do not establish funding approval.

Smurfettes Service Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider for Household Tasks. Household cleaning may be funded when it relates to your disability support needs and fits your NDIS plan. Registration does not approve an individual task or claim. If you are unsure, check your plan or speak with your plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact before booking. We can provide a written quote and invoice.
