Whether the agreed service can be paid from a participant’s funding depends on the participant’s plan, disability-related needs, the agreed support, current NDIS rules and applicable funding decision. Provide the complete street address, suburb and postcode, practical access details and preferred visit pattern. Smurfettes checks the requested tasks, timing and current cleaner capacity before offering an appointment. An enquiry does not reserve a cleaner or time.
Mention any surfaces needing particular care. Only work named in the accepted written quote is included. Provide your preferred days and the earliest and latest suitable times, any unavailable periods, and whether you want one-off, weekly or fortnightly help.
