Choose the rooms and tasks
Requested work can include kitchen benches, sinks and agreed outer surfaces, bathrooms and toilets, and vacuuming or mopping in named rooms. For recurring visits, identify the core list and any separately agreed rotating priority.
The quote should name the rooms, reachable surfaces and exclusions. Mention high, blocked or restricted areas so we can clarify what the agreed method can reach. Ladders, specialist access equipment and moving heavy items are not assumed inclusions.
Give a workable timing window
Tell us your preferred days or times and any periods that will not work. If entry depends on someone being present or an authorised contact being available, explain that arrangement. A preferred time is not a confirmed appointment.
Agree who can change the instructions
Name the participant or other authorised person who can approve changes to tasks, time or price. Say whether you prefer instructions by phone, email or through that contact, and identify rooms not to enter or belongings not to move.
Agree changes in a revised written scope before the work changes. If the authorised person cannot be reached, the cleaner stays within the agreed list; someone else’s instructions do not automatically alter the quote.

Registration does not approve an individual task or claim. If you are unsure, check your plan or speak with your plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact before booking.
