Choose the cleaning priorities
Agreed tasks may include kitchen surfaces, standard bathroom and toilet cleaning, vacuuming or mopping named rooms, and dusting surfaces within safe reach. You can separate regular tasks from occasional requests and put the most important work first. Before relying on an ongoing arrangement, agree the recurring frequency, tasks and visit length in writing.
Appliance or cupboard interiors, heavy build-up, high-access areas, specialist treatment and moving heavy items require separate assessment. Food handling, pest treatment, appliance repair and restoration are not ordinary household-cleaning tasks. The quote should name the service, agreed tasks, proposed time, price and any exclusions. Additional tasks or changes should be approved in writing by the person authorised to agree them. A general cleaning request does not automatically include another household member’s separate tasks.
Make invoice arrangements clear
Tell us how your plan is managed, where the invoice should be sent and whether your plan manager or authorised contact needs a particular reference. Include only the billing details needed for the quote and invoice. These administrative details do not decide whether the participant’s plan funds the service.

Smurfettes Service Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider for Household Tasks. NDIS cleaning may be funded when it relates to your disability support needs and is in line with your NDIS plan. Funding depends on the participant’s plan and the relevant funding rules. Ask your plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact if you need to confirm how a specific service can be paid. Your booking is confirmed after you accept the written quote and Smurfettes confirms the appointment time.
