Agree the household scope
The quote can list suitable kitchen and bathroom surfaces, vacuuming or mopping in named rooms, reachable dusting and other agreed domestic tasks. A recurring core list can be separated from occasional requests or a rotating priority. Appliance interiors, high or blocked surfaces, heavy-item movement and specialist work are not assumed inclusions.
Identify surfaces needing particular care and anything that should be left untouched. The cleaner follows the agreed access and task boundaries. Cleaning does not include restoring existing damage and does not guarantee a particular outcome. If your priorities change, ask for the revised scope, time and price to be confirmed before the booking is changed.
Arrange timing and changes
Share preferred days, frequency and a useful time window. Before accepting the quote, agree how to report an access change, an unavailable contact or a requested date change, and ask about rescheduling or cancellation arrangements. Any applicable notice or fee is confirmed with the actual booking.

Do not send keys, access codes, a full NDIS plan or unrelated medical records in the first message. Agree any key or entry arrangement before the appointment.

The participant’s plan and current funding rules determine whether a particular service can be paid from NDIS funds. Ask your plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact if you need to check.
