Household cleaning we can quote
The proposed indoor scope can include:
- vacuuming agreed indoor rooms
- mopping suitable indoor floors
- dusting or wiping suitable, safely reachable surfaces
- cleaning agreed standard kitchen and bathroom surfaces
- cleaning agreed bedroom and living-area surfaces
List the most important rooms and the frequency you prefer. Only work named in the accepted written quote is included.
Floor types and arrival details
Tell us which priority rooms have carpet, tile or another floor finish, and note any surface that needs particular care. Include the home address and practical arrival instructions such as a unit entrance, stairs, lift or shared gate. Keep access codes and key arrangements out of the first email.
Unfamiliar flooring remains assessment-only until confirmed in writing. Ask for the agreed vacuuming or mopping method to appear in the quote.
Scope boundaries and special requests
Assessment-only work: heavy build-up, detailed cupboard or appliance interiors, internal glass and unfamiliar surfaces are not standard inclusions. Smurfettes assesses these requests first and includes them only when the exact task is confirmed in writing.
Outside indoor household cleaning: laundry or linen duties, dishes, organising or decluttering, packing or moving items, gardening or yard work, exterior cleaning, property maintenance, repairs, handyman work, personal care, transport, meal preparation, supervision, support coordination, plan management, clinical work, mould or biohazard remediation, and pest treatment.
NDIS funding and a cleaning booking are separate
Smurfettes provides a written quote for the proposed indoor household-cleaning tasks. A quote and invoice do not approve NDIS funding. Whether the agreed service can be paid from a participant’s funding depends on the participant’s plan, disability-related needs, the agreed support and current NDIS rules. Smurfettes does not guarantee funding or make that decision. If you are unsure, check with the plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact before accepting the quote.
