Looking for household-cleaning help in Agnes Water? Tell Smurfettes which rooms and tasks you would like cleaned, your exact address and preferred timing. We can discuss the requested work and a written quote. Clear inclusions, access arrangements and pricing help you decide whether the proposed service suits your home.
Tell us what you need help with
Start with the rooms and household tasks that matter most. Mention anything you want left alone and any access or surface-care information that affects the work. Ask for these details to be reflected in the written quote.
If anything is unclear, you can ask about a task, price, access arrangement or invoice detail before accepting the service. You remain free to decide whether the proposed cleaning arrangement is right for you.
Useful details when reviewing a quote
| Detail | What to check | Why it helps |
|---|---|---|
| Current quote | The dated request, quote or accepted variation | Makes sure you are reading the latest agreed details |
| Cleaning task or charge | The task, exclusion, access condition, price item or record field | Makes your question easier to answer |
| What was agreed | The exact accepted statement or limit | Gives you and the team the same reference |
| What needs clarification | A neutral description of what does not match | Explains the question without making assumptions |
| Authorised contact | The person authorised to answer this type of question | Helps the right person answer or approve a change |
| Your question | Ask for clarification, a correction or an explanation | Makes clear what you would like help with |
If you have questions about both a task and a charge, explain them separately so each can be answered clearly.
Keep your accepted quote
Check the written inclusions and exclusions before the visit. For example, if a bathroom floor is excluded but you wanted it cleaned, ask about adding it before accepting the quote. Keep the version you accepted so the agreed work is easy to check later.
If a correction is agreed, ask for an updated, dated quote or invoice and keep it with the earlier version. This helps you follow any changes to the tasks or price.
If the requested cleaning changes
An extra room, wider task or changed exclusion may affect the work and price. Ask for the change to be confirmed in writing. An open door or an item being present does not by itself authorise additional cleaning.
In a shared home, tell us who can approve cleaning of the relevant rooms or belongings. A household member providing information is not automatically authorised to change the participant’s cleaning agreement.
Access and privacy
Include useful access details such as the entrance, stairs, parking, pets, communication preferences and any route that must stay clear. If an arrangement changes, let us know what is different. You do not need to share a daily routine, full support plan or unrelated household history.
Share keys, codes and detailed entry instructions securely only after the recipient and purpose have been confirmed. Keep these details out of a general quote request or email discussion.
Confirm your preferred timing
Tell us your preferred date, time window or frequency. A visit is only confirmed when Smurfettes agrees the timing for your Agnes Water address. If two documents show different times, ask which is current before planning around the visit.
If a date change also affects the cleaning tasks or amount of work, ask for an updated quote that makes any price or task changes clear.
Check your invoice
Check the business name, invoice reference, service date, address or authorised reference, tasks, rates or total, tax and agreed changes. Ask about an unexplained charge, duplicate line or missing detail. The team can clarify the charge against the accepted quote.
Keep the quote, agreed changes, service information, invoice and relevant correspondence together. Follow any additional record requirements that apply to a plan manager or self-managed funding.
Check NDIS funding separately
A quote or invoice does not establish NDIS funding. Household cleaning may be considered only when it relates to disability support needs, fits the participant’s plan and satisfies current NDIS rules. Ordinary living costs, routine landlord or homeowner repairs and maintenance, and direct tenancy-compliance costs remain separate. Disability-specific maintenance, repair or household support requires its own current test rather than a broad label.
For self-managed or plan-managed funding, follow the relevant plan, evidence and payment process. Before using NDIA-managed funds, ask the NDIA which current my provider and registration requirements apply to the proposed support and business. A plan manager, support coordinator or my NDIS contact can help the participant frame a funding question, but a quote or service record is not funding approval.
Ask about anything that remains unclear
If you have raised a question, keep the reply and any updated document with your quote. Check that the explanation or correction answers the issue before accepting a change or paying a disputed amount.
- Check the original agreed task or price.
- Make sure the appropriate contact has approved any change.
- Read the updated document in full.
- Keep the reply and earlier quote together.
If a question about tasks, access, price or permission remains unresolved, ask for clarification before accepting the affected work. Resolving a separate question does not settle it automatically.
