Smurfettes provides NDIS deep household cleaning across Australia, including Brisbane. Deep cleaning means an expanded domestic task list that is assessed and agreed in writing. It does not mean unlimited work or specialist decontamination.
Describe the areas and condition
Name the rooms, surfaces and priority tasks. Explain where there is heavier build-up, which areas need particular care and what should remain untouched. A clear description helps us estimate the time and method. Photos are optional, not a requirement for a first enquiry.
An expanded scope may include accessible inside areas only when each task is specifically listed in the quote. Existing wear, stains or damage may remain after cleaning, and a long task list may need more than one agreed visit. The quote will set out the work, price, proposed appointment time and availability in writing rather than promise a particular result.
Keep specialist work separate
Clinical decontamination, hazardous-waste removal, pest treatment, mould remediation and restoration are not ordinary deep household cleaning. Heavy furniture, mobility equipment, medication and personal documents are not moved without a safe, explicit arrangement. Tell us about restricted access or items that must not be disturbed. Work outside the agreed household tasks needs a separate assessment before it can be included.
Smurfettes Service Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider for Household Tasks. NDIS cleaning may be funded when it relates to your disability support needs and is in line with your NDIS plan. Whether the agreed tasks can be paid from a participant’s plan depends on the plan and current funding rules. Registration does not decide whether an individual task can be funded. We can provide a written quote and invoice. Ask your plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact before booking if you are unsure.
Before the visit, agree how the participant or authorised contact will receive a brief update about completed priority areas and any excluded work. If you raise a concern about the scope, identify the surface or task. Any follow-up work needs a separate check of available time, appointment timing and funding.

Do not send a full NDIS plan, medical records, keys or access codes in your first message. We can agree entry arrangements before the appointment. Your booking is confirmed after you accept the written quote and Smurfettes confirms the appointment time in writing.
