Set realistic priorities
You can prioritise specific bathroom or kitchen surfaces, named rooms and accessible inside areas where they are expressly listed. Put the highest-priority tasks first. Revise the order before booking if the assessment changes. If the request is larger than one visit, agree a staged plan and the timing for each visit separately. If the assessed time does not cover lower-priority work, agree more time or a separate visit.
Existing wear, stains or damage may remain after cleaning. Cleaning does not guarantee restoration or a particular result. The quote should name reachable areas, methods and exclusions. Heavy furniture, mobility equipment, medication and personal documents are not moved without a safe, explicit arrangement.
Describe access and special conditions
Tell us about restricted surfaces, product instructions, heavier build-up and anything that must not be disturbed. Clinical decontamination, hazardous waste, pest treatment, mould remediation and restoration are not ordinary deep household cleaning. Any task outside the agreed household scope needs a separate assessment.
Smurfettes Service Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider for Household Tasks. NDIS cleaning may be funded when it relates to your disability support needs and is in line with your NDIS plan. Registration does not decide whether an individual task can be funded. NDIS funding also depends on the participant’s plan and current rules. We can provide a written quote and invoice. Ask your plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact before booking if you need to check whether a task can be paid from the plan.
