Whether the service can be paid from a participant’s NDIS funding depends on the participant’s plan and the applicable funding decision. Smurfettes does not guarantee funding or decide eligibility. If you are unsure, check with the plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact before accepting the quote.

Do not send a complete NDIS plan, diagnosis or medical history with a first enquiry. If entry involves a unit, common door, lift or gate, describe that without sending a code in the first message.
