The participant or authorised contact accepts, then Smurfettes confirms the booking. Provide only information needed for cleaning, access and invoicing, rather than a complete plan.
Scope boundaries and special requests
Assessment-only indoor requests: heavy build-up, detailed cupboard or appliance interiors, internal glass and unfamiliar surfaces are not standard inclusions. You may mention such a request, but it is not accepted unless Smurfettes assesses and confirms the exact task in writing.
Not part of this service: laundry or linen duties, dishes, organising or decluttering, packing or moving items, gardening or yard work, exterior cleaning, property maintenance, repairs, handyman work, personal care, transport, meal preparation, supervision, support coordination, plan management, clinical work, mould or biohazard remediation, or pest treatment.
NDIS funding and a cleaning booking are separate
A written quote describes the proposed cleaning and price; it does not decide how a participant’s plan can be used. Funding depends on the participant’s plan, disability-related needs, agreed support and current NDIS rules. Smurfettes does not guarantee funding or make that decision. If unsure, check with the plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact before accepting the quote.
