Start here for regular visits or occasional help with household cleaning. In a shared home, identify your rooms and belongings, any agreed shared areas and anything that should be left alone. The quote will cover the areas and tasks agreed for your visit.

Other listed areas
If the condition or amount of cleaning needs more attention than a routine visit, describe the rooms, surfaces and priorities. Flag mould, bodily-fluid contamination, pests, repairs or work beyond safe reach, as these may need to be excluded or assessed by a specialist.

For a spring-cleaning enquiry, turn the seasonal label into a one-time list of observable tasks and priorities, and record why the help is connected with the participant’s disability. “Spring clean” is not an NDIS support category and does not show, on its own, that plan funds can be used.

Need help for a single visit? Tell us which tasks matter most, your preferred timing and any time or budget limit. The written quote should make clear what is included, what is excluded and how lower-priority tasks will be handled if the agreed limit is reached.

Smurfettes treats vacate and end-of-tenancy cleaning as a separately quoted private-pay service, not NDIS Household Tasks. For that enquiry, provide the handover date, property condition, areas requested and exclusions. Bond and inspection decisions remain outside the cleaning scope, and neither a directory link nor a quote guarantees either result.

These guides cover in-home help with clothing and household linen. Tell us whose items are included, the approximate loads, washing and drying facilities, care instructions and any product sensitivities. Dry-cleaning, alterations and textile restoration are separate specialist services.

Choosing a directory link and deciding how a support may be paid for are separate steps. Proposed cleaning or laundry must be disability-related, meet applicable NDIS funding criteria and fit the participant’s plan. NDIA-managed funding requires the relevant NDIS support to be delivered by a registered provider. Plan-managed and self-managed participants can generally choose a registered or unregistered provider for relevant Household Tasks, subject to the plan, management arrangement and any support-specific registration rule.
Your written quote should confirm the address, agreed tasks and priorities, visit length or frequency, price, exclusions, access instructions, cancellation terms and invoicing contact. Check it before accepting, including who can approve the work and any responsibilities shared with other people or services. Funding and address availability must be confirmed separately.
Find information about plan management, referrals and cleaning in shared or supported homes. These national guides explain the wider arrangements; your own plan, requested work and address still need to be checked.
