Agree the household tasks first
The exact list is agreed before the visit. Depending on the written quote, the discussion may include:
- dusting reachable household surfaces
- agreed tidying that does not include unapproved item movement
- a recurring core list with a separately agreed rotating priority
- kitchen benches, sinks and agreed outer surfaces
The quote records the rooms, reachable surfaces and exclusions. Changes to work, time or price need approval from the authorised person before the work changes; a verbal assumption does not expand the agreed scope.
Define bathroom and toilet tasks precisely
List bathroom floors, mirrors, basins, showers and toilets in priority order. Describe buildup, damage or surfaces needing specialist treatment so the tasks and time can be assessed before booking; these are not assumed standard inclusions.
Identify work that may be hard to reach
Tell us about high, blocked or restricted surfaces. We will clarify what can be reached using the agreed cleaning method and what must be excluded. Ladders, specialist access equipment and moving heavy items are not assumed inclusions. Leave work outside the assessed access boundary for clarification.
Use feedback to adjust the next agreed scope
If a priority was missed or the task order did not work well, tell us which room or task you want handled differently. Agree any resulting change to time or price in a revised written task list before the next visit. Feedback does not confirm that every requested preference can be added immediately.
Choose a frequency after the task list is clear
Choose weekly, fortnightly or another agreed frequency around the tasks you need. Separate recurring work from occasional requests, then confirm the tasks, visit length and schedule in writing before starting regular visits.
Keep provider registration and funding separate
NDIS cleaning may be funded when it relates to your disability support needs and is in line with your NDIS plan. We can provide a clear quote and invoice.
