You can request a regular core list plus an agreed rotating priority, such as floors and bathrooms with an extra area when time permits. Rotating tasks need to be written into the quote, including any extra time and who may approve a change.

Tell us about pets, people expected at home and room-access arrangements that affect the visit. Share only practical service details, and confirm changes to the household routine before the appointment.
Name who can approve a service change
Identify whether you or another authorised contact may change tasks, time or price, and give the preferred contact method. Share only relevant service information. If that person cannot be reached, the cleaner stays within the written task list; another resident’s instruction does not automatically change the quote.
Keep provider registration and funding separate
NDIS cleaning may be funded when it relates to your disability support needs and is in line with your NDIS plan. We can provide a clear quote and invoice. If you are unsure whether this service can be claimed, check your plan or speak with your plan manager, support coordinator or your NDIS contact before booking.
