Choose core and rotating tasks
Cleaning can include bathrooms, toilets, vacuuming, mopping, reachable dusting and agreed tidying. Belongings are not moved without approval. For regular visits, you might choose floors and bathrooms as core tasks and one separately agreed rotating area.
Extra tasks need agreement about time, price and who can approve the change before they are added.
Care for existing surfaces
Tell us about damaged finishes, stains and manufacturer care instructions. An uncertain surface can be assessed or excluded. Household cleaning does not include repairing, refinishing or restoring pre-existing damage.
Plan access and appointment changes
Share the entrance, stairs or lift, parking limits and any gate or intercom arrangements relevant to the visit. Confirm who will be present and the authorised contact if someone else must arrange entry. Agree how to confirm arrival.
Before accepting, ask how to report access changes, an unavailable contact or a requested date change. Confirm the cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any applicable timing or fees, for your booking.
