Build a useful first-visit task list
Tell us which floors need vacuuming or mopping, where reachable dusting would help and what tidying you want included. Identify belongings that must stay in place. A regular list can include a separately agreed rotating priority for different visits.
Describe the rooms and their needs rather than only the number of bedrooms. We can then set out the included work and visit time in your quote. Routine cleaning does not repair existing damage or include restoration or specialist hazards; results depend on the surface and condition.
Prepare the household for the visit
Mention pets, who will be at home and any room-access arrangements. If the household routine changes, let us know before the appointment. Identify rooms that should not be entered and items that should not be moved.
Agree products, equipment and communication
Share product preferences, surface-care instructions and details of equipment available at home. Agree who supplies products and equipment before the visit, particularly where a manufacturer specifies a cleaning method.
Tell us whether you prefer phone, email or communication through an authorised contact. Changes to tasks, time or price need agreement before the work changes.

Smurfettes Service Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider for Household Tasks. Cleaning may be funded when it relates to your disability support needs and fits your NDIS plan. Registration does not approve an individual task or claim. If unsure, check with your plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact before booking. We can provide a written quote and invoice.
