Choose the domestic cleaning priorities
The exact list is agreed before the visit. Depending on the written quote, the discussion may include:
- a recurring core list with a separately agreed rotating priority
- kitchen benches, sinks and agreed outer surfaces
- bathrooms and toilets listed in the written scope
- vacuuming or mopping in named rooms
The quote records the rooms, reachable surfaces and exclusions. Changes to work, time or price need approval from the authorised person.
Describe floors and surfaces that need attention
Name the rooms needing vacuuming, mopping or dusting and include relevant surface-care instructions. Tell us about limited access. Moving heavy furniture, restoration and specialist floor treatment are not included in an ordinary cleaning request.
Name who can approve a service change
Identify whether you or another authorised contact may change tasks, time or price, and give the preferred contact method. Share only relevant service information. If that person cannot be reached, the cleaner stays within the written task list; an instruction from someone else in the home does not automatically change the quote.
Identify work that may be hard to reach
Tell us about high, blocked or restricted surfaces. We will clarify what can be reached using the agreed cleaning method and what must be excluded. Ladders, specialist access equipment and moving heavy items are not assumed inclusions. Leave work outside the assessed access boundary for clarification.
Put the most important rooms first
List rooms and tasks in priority order so the written quote reflects the agreed visit time. Decide in advance whether lower-priority work that will not fit should move to another visit or be left out.
Keep provider registration and funding separate
NDIS cleaning may be funded when it relates to your disability support needs and is in line with your NDIS plan. We can provide a clear quote and invoice. If you are unsure whether this service can be claimed, check your plan or speak with your plan manager, support coordinator or your NDIS contact before booking.
