Smurfettes provides NDIS household cleaning in Lalor. Set out your regular tasks and occasional priorities so we can plan a visit around the help you need.

Choose the domestic cleaning priorities

The exact list is agreed before the visit. Depending on the written quote, the discussion may include:

  • a recurring core list with a separately agreed rotating priority
  • kitchen benches, sinks and agreed outer surfaces
  • bathrooms and toilets listed in the written scope
  • vacuuming or mopping in named rooms

The quote records the rooms, reachable surfaces and exclusions. Changes to work, time or price need approval from the authorised person.

Agree how the visit will finish

Agree how completed priorities and any unfinished lower-priority work will be reported to you or your authorised contact, such as a short message after the visit. The task list must fit the agreed time; discuss anything left over before the next visit.

Separate recurring work from occasional requests

List the tasks needed every visit and any occasional extras separately. Extra work needs approval and may change the visit time or price. Agree how it will be scheduled rather than assuming it replaces or extends the regular task list.

Identify work that may be hard to reach

Tell us about high, blocked or restricted surfaces. We will clarify what can be reached using the agreed cleaning method and what must be excluded. Ladders, specialist access equipment and moving heavy items are not assumed inclusions.

Choose a frequency after the task list is clear

Choose weekly, fortnightly or another agreed frequency around the tasks you need. Separate recurring work from occasional requests, then confirm the tasks, visit length and schedule in writing before starting regular visits. The quote should identify occasional tasks separately so it does not treat every visit as identical.

Keep provider registration and funding separate

Whether household cleaning can be paid from NDIS funding depends on whether the proposed tasks are NDIS supports, relate to your disability support needs and fit your plan and current rules. A written quote sets out the proposed work; a later invoice should record the work actually delivered. Neither is funding approval. If you are unsure whether this cleaning can be claimed, check your plan or speak with your plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact before booking.

Smurfettes Service Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider for Household Tasks. Registration does not decide whether this particular request can be claimed from an individual plan.

Call 1300 525 336 or email info@smurfettescleaningservice.net. Include the service address, priority rooms and tasks, excluded areas, preferred frequency and timing, and any access or communication needs. Tell us who can approve the work. Share only information needed for the enquiry. Keep keys, entry codes and detailed entry instructions out of the first enquiry; arrange essential access details securely after confirming the recipient and purpose.

We agree the written tasks, price and appointment with you before confirming a booking. An enquiry does not approve NDIS funding.
