Ask about vacuuming, mopping, reachable dusting and agreed tidying. Tell us which belongings should not be moved. For regular visits, a core list can be combined with a separately agreed rotating priority.
Discuss surface condition and supplies
Mention existing staining, damaged finishes and manufacturer care instructions before booking. An uncertain surface can be assessed or left out. Routine household cleaning does not include repairs, refinishing, restoration or specialist hazards, and it cannot guarantee removal of existing marks or damage.
Share product preferences and details of equipment available at home. Agree what you and Smurfettes will each supply and which cleaning methods are suitable.
Keep instructions and booking changes clear
Identify rooms not to enter and items not to touch. Let us know whether instructions should be confirmed by phone, email or through an authorised contact. Agree any change to tasks, time or price before work changes.
Ask how to report changed access, an unavailable contact or a requested new date. Review the cancellation, rescheduling and any fee conditions supplied with your booking before accepting; no fixed terms are assumed here.

Registration does not approve an individual task or claim. If unsure, check with your plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact before booking. We can provide a written quote and invoice.
