Start with everyday cleaning
Your list can include kitchen benches, sinks and external surfaces, bathrooms and toilets, vacuuming and mopping. For regular visits, choose core tasks and a separately agreed rotating priority.
Kitchen benches, sinks, splashbacks and floors can be listed separately from appliance or cupboard interiors. Food handling, pest treatment, appliance repair and restoration are not ordinary household-cleaning tasks.
Make the first quote useful
Describe rooms, priorities, preferred frequency and any task needing assessment, rather than only the number of bedrooms. Agree the reachable surfaces and exclusions, and nominate who can approve changes to tasks, time or price.
After a visit, tell us about a missed priority or a task order you would like changed. Name the room or job involved so any change affecting time or price can be included in a revised written task list.
Plan arrival
Share relevant entrance, stair or lift, parking, gate and intercom arrangements. Confirm who will be present and the authorised contact if someone else arranges entry. Agree how to confirm arrival, using only information needed for the service.

Registration does not approve an individual task or claim. If unsure, check with your plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact before booking. We can provide a written quote and invoice.
