Identify hard-to-reach areas
Mention high, blocked or restricted surfaces so the quote can state what is reachable and what is excluded. Ladders, specialist access equipment and heavy-item movement are not assumed inclusions. Requests outside the assessed work need clarification before booking.
Arrange a useful visit time
Give your preferred days or time window and any periods that do not work for you. If access depends on an authorised contact, explain that arrangement. For recurring help, agree a frequency and repeatable task list as well as the appointment time.
