Another household member’s separate cleaning needs are not automatically part of the participant’s service. Keep the requested work clear in the written quote.
Adjust your cleaning routine
Separate recurring tasks from occasional requests. Agree the scheduling, time and price of extra work before it is added, and nominate who can approve changes.
If a priority is missed or the task order is not useful, tell us which room or task needs a different approach next time. Changes affecting time or price should be recorded in a revised written task list.
Arrange entry
Tell us about the entrance, stairs or lift, parking limits, gate or intercom arrangements and who will be present. If entry depends on another person, identify your authorised contact and how to confirm arrival. Share only practical information needed for the appointment.
