For a heavier or more detailed clean, describe the home’s condition, the rooms and tasks you want assessed, and any hazards or access limits. Products, staffing, time and expected results need to be discussed for that particular quote.
National NDIS guides and related information
A spring-cleaning link frames a separately defined one-time reset; the name is not an NDIS funding category. Record the rooms, task limits and priorities first, then have the participant or authorised funding contact check whether any disability-related component is within the plan and the NDIS funding rules.

Need help for a single visit? Tell us which tasks matter most, your preferred timing and any time or budget limit. The written quote should make clear what is included, what is excluded and how lower-priority tasks will be handled if the agreed limit is reached.

Use a separate private-pay quotation for vacate or end-of-tenancy work; this directory does not present that work as NDIS Household Tasks funding. Ask for tenancy obligations and any other domestic support to be priced separately; neither this directory nor a linked guide guarantees a bond refund, inspection decision or property outcome.

For laundry help, describe the washing, drying, folding or linen tasks connected with your support needs. Include appliance access, care instructions and any household-supplied products. Product suitability, funding, timing and availability need to be checked for your request.
Local laundry guides
Cleaning or laundry can use NDIS funding only if the proposed support is related to the participant’s disability, meets applicable funding criteria and is in line with the plan. For funding managed by the NDIA, the provider chosen for that support must be registered; self-managed and plan-managed participants can usually choose a registered or unregistered provider, subject to support-specific rules, and a plan manager must be registered. Nothing in this directory says that Smurfettes has a particular provider status or that any plan will pay.
Your written quote should confirm the address, agreed tasks and priorities, visit length or frequency, price, exclusions, access instructions, cancellation terms and invoicing contact. Check it before accepting, including who can approve the work and any responsibilities shared with other people or services. Funding and address availability must be confirmed separately.
Find information about plan management, referrals and cleaning in shared or supported homes. These national guides explain the wider arrangements; your own plan, requested work and address still need to be checked.
