This household-cleaning scope excludes laundry or linen, dishes, organising or decluttering, packing or moving items, gardening, yard or exterior work, property maintenance or repairs, personal care, transport, meal preparation, supervision, plan management, support coordination, clinical cleaning, mould or biohazard remediation, and pest treatment.
Vacate, bond or end-of-tenancy work needs a separate scope and written quote. Confirm the funding position for that work with the participant or authorised funding contact before accepting the quote. Funding is not automatic, and no bond or property outcome is guaranteed.
