If a suitable cleaner is not currently available, you can choose to join our waiting list while we recruit or allocate a suitable cleaner. Joining the list is not a confirmed booking and does not guarantee a start date.

Make kitchen and bathroom requests specific
List kitchen benches, sinks and outer surfaces, bathrooms and toilets, and floors needing vacuuming or mopping. For recurring visits, identify a core list and any separately agreed rotating priority.
Separate routine benches, sink, splashback and floor work from appliance or cupboard interiors for assessment. Food handling, pest treatment, appliance repairs and restoration are outside ordinary household cleaning.
In the bathroom, name the floors, mirrors, basins, showers and toilets you want considered. Describe build-up or damaged surfaces so the time and task list can be assessed; specialist treatment is not assumed.
Confirm safe reach and changes
Mention high, blocked or restricted surfaces. The quote should say what can be reached using the agreed method and what is excluded. Ladders, specialist access equipment and moving heavy items are not assumed inclusions.
Identify who can approve changes to work, time or price. Before accepting, confirm how to report access or date changes, an unavailable contact, and the applicable cancellation or rescheduling terms, including any timing requirements or fees.
NDIS funding and your quote
Smurfettes Service Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider for Household Tasks. Household cleaning may be funded when it relates to your disability support needs and fits your NDIS plan. Registration does not approve an individual task or claim. If you are unsure, check your plan or speak with your plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact before booking. We can provide a written quote and invoice.
