Check household cleaning availability or call 1300 525 336.
Smurfettes welcomes NDIS household-cleaning enquiries from Manjimup and the wider statistical catchment, including Bridgetown – Boyup Brook, Donnybrook – Balingup and Pemberton. Tell us exactly where the home is and what indoor cleaning you need. The team assesses each address and requested schedule before confirming whether a suitable service can be arranged.
Specify the town or locality, not only the regional name
“Manjimup” can refer to the town or to a wider statistical catchment. A request from Pemberton is not the same service address as a request from Donnybrook or Boyup Brook. Include the locality, postcode and street or property address so the team can assess the correct home. Do not assume a Bunbury-based cleaner, an established travel route or availability across every part of the catchment.
If the home is outside a town centre, explain practical access to the residence: the correct entrance, any relevant gate or parking restriction, and who can discuss arrival arrangements. There is no need to send private access codes or unrelated personal records with the initial enquiry.
Choose your town or surrounding area
These local guides explain how to request household-cleaning help for the named areas. Include the actual residence and requested tasks; each address needs its own availability and quote assessment.
Make the household scope easy to follow
List the indoor rooms and surfaces, then put them in priority order. Standard tasks for discussion include vacuuming agreed rooms, mopping suitable indoor floors, dusting reachable surfaces, and cleaning standard kitchen and bathroom surfaces. Identify anything that must not be moved or touched.
For example: “The home is outside Pemberton. Please check availability for a regular indoor clean. The bathroom and kitchen surfaces are the first priorities, followed by the main living-area floor. My authorised contact can discuss the entrance and arrival time. Please leave the spare room and its contents untouched.” This is an enquiry example, not a promised service package.
Agree who can confirm access or changes
If a participant wants a nominee or another authorised person to help arrange the cleaning, state who the team should contact and what they may discuss. Agree how a change in access, timing or household priorities will be communicated. A person helping with access should not automatically be treated as authorised to approve extra work or spending.
Review the written scope together before accepting it. The quote should make the included tasks, exclusions, price and proposed arrangements clear. Smurfettes must separately confirm the booking and visit time.
Agree additional tasks and check the exclusions
Additional household tasks such as washing dishes, laundry, making beds, changing linen or organising cupboards must be discussed and specifically agreed in the written scope and available service time. They are not automatic inclusions in a routine clean, and agreement to a task does not confirm NDIS funding.
Heavy build-up, appliance or cupboard interiors, internal glass and unfamiliar surfaces are assessment-only requests, not standard inclusions. Moving items, gardening, outdoor work, repairs, personal care, transport, clinical work, mould or biohazard remediation and pest treatment are excluded. This is not a farm, forestry, commercial-property or exterior-maintenance service.
Participant context for the wider catchment
The NDIA aggregate participant table records 670 participants across Manjimup SA3 50103 at 30 June 2026. Its component areas are Bridgetown – Boyup Brook (221), Donnybrook – Balingup (175), Manjimup (176) and Pemberton (98). The regional total of 670 must not be read as 670 people in Manjimup town. These figures are not Smurfettes client numbers, cleaner capacity or proof that a particular home can be serviced.

Ask for an address-specific written quote
Send the location, priority rooms and tasks, preferred frequency, possible times and the authorised contact. An enquiry does not confirm a cleaner, NDIS funding, a booking or a start date. Check the proposed support with the relevant funding contact; a cleaning quote is not funding approval.
