These tasks are not automatic inclusions, and accepting a task does not confirm NDIS funding. This household-cleaning scope does not include packing, relocation or moving heavy items, outdoor work, property maintenance or repairs, personal care, transport, meal preparation, supervision, clinical cleaning, mould or biohazard remediation or pest treatment. Holiday-property turnarounds and exterior maintenance are not included. Vacate, bond or end-of-tenancy cleaning needs a separate task list and written quote. Exit cleaning that is a direct cost of meeting a tenancy agreement is generally excluded from NDIS funding. Limited transitional arrangements can apply to some existing plans. Check the proposed work with your NDIS contact before booking; private work can be quoted separately.
