If you need NDIS household cleaning in Bondi, start with the rooms and tasks that matter most. Tell Smurfettes which jobs are essential, which extras you would like considered and what should stay untouched. We can then check your address and requested timing and provide a written quote for you to review.
Choose your cleaning priorities
List the tasks you want first, any optional extras and rooms or items that should be left alone. Extra work is included only when it has been agreed. Clear priorities help the cleaner understand what matters to you without guessing from the condition of the home.
Describe the tasks in each room
Name the particular room, surface and cleaning action. For example, a Bondi request might include a bathroom basin and floor, an accessible kitchen bench and sink, or a carpeted room for vacuuming. Add any important surface-care or finish instruction. An unlisted room should remain outside the agreed work.
- Record the exact room or household zone attached to every requested action.
- Separate wiping, vacuuming, mopping and agreed light tidying into checkable lines.
- Mark any damaged, delicate or manufacturer-controlled surface for discussion before pricing.
Discuss optional extras separately
An oven interior, cupboard interior, detailed build-up, high-access surface or heavy-item movement may need different time, equipment or assessment. Put such a request on its own line and ask whether it can be offered. If it is absent from the returned quote, it remains outside the visit rather than becoming an on-day assumption.
If time is limited, agree whether lower-priority work should wait, be included as an approved extra or be discussed before continuing. Tell us who may approve any change to tasks or price.
Protect belongings and private areas
List rooms that remain closed and objects that are not to be moved. Medication, papers, mobility equipment, fragile items, keys and another resident’s possessions should not be swept into a general tidying instruction. If an area needs preparation, say who will prepare it and what the cleaner should do if that preparation has not occurred.
Only the access information needed for the proposed visit belongs in the request. Detailed routines, a full plan and entry secrets should not be placed in a general enquiry. Share a key or code through an appropriate process after the recipient and purpose have been confirmed.
Plan access to your Bondi home
Include the exact address and relevant parking, lift or stair information, entrance, pets, communication preferences and contact for the visit. Ask whether any of these details affect timing or price. Availability must be confirmed for the particular home.
Check the tasks and price in your quote
Check the proposed date or frequency, essential tasks, separately priced extras, excluded areas, products, equipment and access arrangements. The quote should also identify the business, price basis, tax, relevant cancellation terms and invoice details. Ask for clarification if a bundled price makes the included work unclear.
Agree any change to tasks, timing or price in writing. A previous visit, an unlocked room or silence does not add work to the accepted quote.
NDIS funding and payment arrangements
Current NDIS guidance allows Core Supports to be used for everyday help such as cleaning when the purchase is an NDIS support for that participant, relates to disability and is in line with the plan. Those tests remain individual. A quote from a registered provider does not establish that a Bondi request can be paid from a particular budget.
For self-managed funding, check the current purchasing and record duties. For plan-managed funding, confirm the plan manager’s invoice and authorisation process. NDIA-managed funding requires the applicable registered-provider and my-provider steps to be checked for the proposed support. Keep any private-pay task outside the NDIS invoice pathway.
Review the cleaning after the visit
Ask which priority tasks were completed, changed, paused or left out. Check that any extra work was approved and raise any concern about an area or item that should have stayed untouched. Compare the invoice with the final agreed work.
