Smurfettes can discuss household cleaning for a home in Wembley, West Leederville or Glendalough. Share the residential address, rooms needing attention and the tasks you want prioritised. The team checks availability and the proposed scope before a written quote and appointment are agreed.

Call 1300 525 336 or enquire about cleaning at your home.

Use the individual suburb, not the combined area name

Cambridge’s town profile names Wembley and West Leederville, while Stirling has a separate Glendalough profile. The combined statistical name is not one council boundary. Give the suburb and postcode used for the property, including any unit number. Keep West Leederville written in full so it is not confused with a Leederville address.

The inner-Perth cleaning guide offers broader information. These area names do not imply that every home has the same access or service arrangements.

Describe the home and agreed rooms

For a house, unit or apartment, identify the bathroom, kitchen and living areas to be cleaned. Routine work may include standard bathroom fixtures, suitable surface wiping, safely reachable dusting, vacuuming and mopping. Tell us about surfaces needing particular care and any rooms to exclude.

If there is a shared entrance or building access process, discuss it before a visit. Cleaning a participant’s home does not automatically include corridors, common facilities or another resident’s rooms. A more detailed first-clean request should be described separately from routine maintenance.

Agree household extras and priorities

You can ask about dishes, laundry, bed-making, linen changes and cupboard organisation. Explain exactly what you need and what should take priority if time is limited. These tasks require agreement in the written scope and available service time; they are not automatically included or NDIS-funded.

Packing, gardening, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard remediation are not part of this indoor-cleaning scope. Let the team know which belongings should remain untouched.

Review the quote and confirm a visit

Provide possible days, requested frequency and a contact person. Discuss relevant stairs, lifts, parking or pets, but do not send access codes, a full NDIS plan or unnecessary health details in the initial enquiry.

Read the proposed task list, time, price basis and booking terms. Confirm payment and funding suitability with your plan manager or appropriate NDIS contact; Smurfettes does not make eligibility decisions. Send your suburb, address and priority tasks to start the availability check.
