Cleaning the rooms you use
Routine tasks can include standard bathroom fixtures, suitable kitchen surfaces, vacuuming and mopping agreed floors, and dusting within safe reach. List essential tasks first and identify rooms or belongings to leave alone.
Describe detailed catch-up work separately so the quote can allow for it. Outdoor areas, sheds, workshops and specialist treatment are not part of a routine indoor clean.
