The West Pilbara label helps organise the enquiry. It does not confirm a local cleaner, a regional travel schedule or attendance at every address.
Give the residence, not just “Pilbara”
Include the town or locality, postcode and full street or property address. Karratha and Roebourne are different locations for a booking, and the Ashburton statistical area is not a single service address. A request for the West Pilbara is assessed separately from one for Newman or the Hedland areas in the East Pilbara catchment.
If the residence has a unit number, shared entrance or another feature needed to identify the correct home, include that practical detail. Arrange private access information directly with the team later. A contact person’s office address should not be used in place of the cleaning address.

Define the participant’s household areas
In a shared home, say which bedroom, bathroom and shared living areas you want considered. Identify rooms that are outside the request and anything that must not be moved. Do not assume a quote for one participant’s agreed areas covers every bedroom or the whole building.
Ask about specific indoor actions: vacuuming selected rooms, mopping suitable floors, dusting reachable surfaces, and cleaning standard kitchen and bathroom surfaces. The written scope should identify the accepted tasks and areas clearly enough for both the household and the cleaning team to follow.
Separate access permission from approval of extra work
One person may help open the home while another is authorised to discuss the quote. Tell us who has each role. If a housemate requests an extra room or a different task, the change needs review through the agreed contact rather than being assumed to be part of the booking.
A useful enquiry could say: “The home is in Karratha. Please check a regular indoor clean of the agreed bathroom, kitchen surfaces and living area. The other bedrooms are excluded. Contact me about the quote; I will discuss access arrangements separately.” This is an example brief, not a package or a confirmed allocation of time.
Keep the service within the agreed household scope
Additional household tasks such as washing dishes, laundry, making beds, changing linen or organising cupboards must be discussed and specifically agreed in the written scope and available service time. They are not automatic inclusions in a routine clean, and agreement to a task does not confirm NDIS funding.
This page is not an industrial, mine-site or commercial accommodation contract. Heavy build-up, appliance or cupboard interiors, internal glass and unfamiliar surfaces are assessment-only requests. Moving items, outdoor work, maintenance, repairs, personal care, transport, clinical work, mould or biohazard remediation and pest treatment are excluded.
