Routine cleaning can include bathroom fixtures, kitchen benches and sinks, suitable floors and safely reachable surfaces. Name the rooms in priority order and tell us which tasks you want repeated on regular visits.

List occasional work separately. Heavy build-up, appliance or cupboard interiors, internal glass and unfamiliar finishes need assessment before inclusion. If your priorities change, contact us to agree the updated work and time before the visit.

Choose your contacts and preferred days

Tell us who should receive the quote, who can accept it and who will arrange access. Include any useful directions for finding the entrance. Let us know if you need a particular day or have several options.

For example, you could request a fortnightly clean with bathroom fixtures and kitchen surfaces as the priorities, and give two suitable days. We will confirm the agreed schedule with your booking.

Additional tasks and exclusions

Dishes, laundry, bed making, linen changes and cupboard organising can be discussed and included in the written scope when agreed, with enough service time.

Moving items, gardening, outdoor cleaning, repairs, personal care, transport, clinical work, mould or biohazard remediation and pest treatment are outside this household-cleaning service.

Check that the agreed tasks fit your NDIS plan and payment arrangements before accepting the quote. Your plan manager or NDIS contact can clarify funding; Smurfettes does not approve it.
