To request a quote, tell us the service address, rooms and tasks, how often you would like cleaning and your preferred timing. Include practical arrival details such as parking, stairs, a lift or shared entry. Keep keys and entry codes out of your first message; arrange any necessary access details securely later. We will confirm the written scope, price and appointment before booking.
Choose the tasks needed each visit

List the recurring cleaning by room or surface, with any important limits. For example, you might choose a kitchen bench, bathroom fixtures and particular floors. Keep the accepted task list with your quote so everyone can refer to the same arrangement.
Discuss occasional tasks separately
If you want a rotating priority, seasonal task, extra room or one-off job, ask whether it changes the usual tasks, visit time or price. It remains an optional request until agreed.
Changes to discuss with us
| What changed | Example of a change | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Rooms or surfaces | An extra room, fixture or larger surface is requested | Agree the additional area before cleaning |
| Products or methods | A different product, equipment item or handling step is proposed | Check care instructions and what is appropriate |
| Access | Entry, parking, path, pet or contact facts change | Confirm entry and any effect on timing |
| Timing or price | Frequency, duration, rate, tax or payment route changes | Issue and accept a complete written variation |
Tell us if the condition of an area changes
If an area needs more work than expected, discuss the additional tasks and any change to time or price before the next visit. A changed condition does not automatically expand the agreed service.
Tell us what may be moved, what needs permission and what must stay untouched. This can include paperwork, medication, mobility equipment, fragile items, closed storage and other residents’ belongings. Familiarity with the home does not replace permission.
Keep access details up to date
Confirm practical details that affect the visit, such as the entrance, stairs or lift, parking, pets, clear routes, communication preferences and contact. Share keys or codes securely after confirming the recipient. Unrelated routines or health information are not needed.
Ask when a revised quote is needed
A new room, different type of cleaning, changed surface condition, product restriction, frequency or price may need a revised quote. Ask for the updated arrangement in writing so the current tasks and terms remain clear.
Check funding when the requested support changes
If the task, purpose or purchasing arrangement changes, check the revised request against the participant’s support needs and plan requirements. A previous quote or funding discussion does not decide a changed request.
Whether household cleaning can be paid from a participant’s NDIS funding depends on the participant’s disability-related support needs, their plan and current NDIS requirements. A quote or booking does not confirm funding. Keep ordinary household expenses, repairs and work for other residents outside the participant’s NDIS cleaning and payment requests. As a general rule, NDIS funding does not cover exit cleaning that is a direct cost of meeting a tenancy agreement. Limited transitional exceptions may apply to certain existing plans; ask your NDIS contact to check whether any exception applies before booking. Ask for private-pay work to be described and priced separately. For invoice arrangements, self-managed participants or authorised nominees can provide their billing details, while plan-managed participants can provide the plan manager’s invoice details. Check the evidence, invoice handling and provider requirements for your funding arrangement, including any current steps for recording the provider with the NDIA. Provider registration does not determine whether an individual cleaning task can be funded. Check individual funding and payment questions with the participant’s plan manager or NDIS contact before booking.
Check the revised quote
A revised quote should clearly show the business, included tasks, exclusions, products and equipment, access, frequency or time, price, tax and relevant cancellation or travel terms. Check invoice details and who may approve changes. Keep the earlier quote for reference.
Review what was done at each visit
Ask which regular and extra tasks were completed, changed, paused or omitted. Check the invoice against the agreed work, rates, tax and total. A one-off extra does not become recurring work unless you agree to it.
