Smurfettes Cleaning Service is a family owned Australian cleaning company that has been caring for homes and workplaces since 2013, with a special focus on people who need a little extra support: NDIS participants, veterans, carers and seniors.
Our story began in Mandurah, Western Australia, in 2013, when our founder Jacquelyn Danao started cleaning local homes with a simple promise: turn up on time, do a beautiful job and treat every client like family. Jacquelyn saw early on that a clean home does more than sparkle. It restores dignity, eases stress and helps people stay independent in the place they love most. That belief still guides everything we do. Today Jacquelyn’s vision is carried forward by our CEO, Konan Danao, founder of the Danao Group, and by a growing team who treat every home as if it were their own. We remain proudly family owned and run.
Support for the people who need it most sits at the heart of what we do. We provide NDIS cleaning, DVA cleaning for veterans, cleaning support for carers, and aged care cleaning that helps seniors stay comfortable at home. Alongside these, we offer private house cleaning, commercial office cleaning, vacate and end of lease cleaning, one off and deep cleans, and specialist window, oven, carpet, and tile and grout cleaning. We work comfortably alongside plan managers, support coordinators and family members, and we keep our paperwork simple so funding stays easy to manage.
Trust matters, especially when you are welcoming someone into your home. Every Smurfettes cleaner is police checked, NDIS Worker Screening cleared, fully insured and COVID vaccinated, and we use non-toxic products that are kind to children, pets and sensitive households. We are a registered NDIS provider, Provider No 4053371406, trading as Smurfettes Cleaning Service under Smurfettes Service Pty Ltd, ABN 81 687 501 864, and we are GST registered. The care and consistency our team brings to every visit is what keeps families with us year after year.
From our roots in Western Australia, we now care for clients right across the country. Our coverage is strongest in Perth and across WA, and on the Gold Coast in Queensland, and we are steadily expanding nationally, with services in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Darwin and Hobart.
