Our cleaners
Our cleaners carry out the cleaning tasks agreed for your home or workplace. Tell the office about your priorities, access arrangements and anything that needs special care before the visit.
Customer service
Our customer-service team helps with enquiries, quotes and booking questions. The office confirms local availability and discusses available replacement or rescheduling options if your regular cleaner cannot attend.
People and coordination
Our team includes an HR and compliance coordination role alongside customer service and leadership. For a service question or concern, contact the office so it can be directed to the right person.
Requirements for your booking. If you need a police check or NDIS worker screening clearance, tell the office before booking so the available options can be confirmed. Product and equipment arrangements are also agreed for your service.
