The written quote separates must-do priorities from lower-priority work that may be attempted only if the agreed time allows.
Tell us about natural stone, damaged finishes, product sensitivities, fragile belongings or surfaces that need particular care. Food, belongings and unfamiliar items are not discarded or reorganised without clear permission. Heavy furniture and unsafe-to-reach areas are not assumed to be included.
Domestic cleaning does not include repairs, maintenance, pest work, hazardous material, clinical cleaning or specialist mould remediation. High exterior glass, roofs, gutters and unsafe ladder work also need a different assessment.
Provide the exact address and explain parking, stairs, lifts, keys, gates, pets or mobility equipment that may affect the visit. You can specify rooms that are private, items that must stay in place, the preferred contact method and whether a completion update is wanted.
Photos are optional and should be shared only with permission. Availability is confirmed after the address, tasks, access and preferred timing are reviewed.
Deep household cleaning is not automatically funded. It may be an NDIS support when the proposed tasks are related to the participant’s disability support needs and fit the approved NDIS plan. The participant or authorised funding contact should confirm the task list and plan-management arrangement before service starts.
Smurfettes can provide a written quote and invoice for the domestic tasks agreed. For plan-managed arrangements, include the plan manager’s billing details. Self-managed participants or nominees can provide their chosen invoicing details. NDIA-managed arrangements may have additional booking requirements.
In a shared home, identify the participant’s rooms, any agreed shared areas and the tasks connected with the participant’s support needs. Cleaning that belongs only to another resident is not automatically included in the participant’s funded scope and may require a separate private arrangement.
