Crystal clear windows change how a home or business looks and feels. In Madora Bay, Smurfettes Cleaning Service delivers streak-free window cleaning inside and out, for houses, apartments and commercial premises.
Window cleaning in Madora Bay
Our Madora Bay window cleaning covers the full job, not just the glass:
- Glass: interior and exterior, cleaned as agreed, subject to the condition of the glass.
- Frames and sills: wiped down as agreed, subject to their condition and safe access.
- Tracks: cleaned of accessible built-up dirt as agreed. Cleaning does not repair damaged window mechanisms.
- Screens: removed, cleaned and refitted on request.
Homes and businesses
We clean windows for houses, units and commercial premises throughout Madora Bay. Tell us the window height and access conditions so any equipment requirements can be assessed before the work is agreed. Ask about a one-off, seasonal or regular clean and confirm the tasks and appointment before booking.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to supply cleaning products or equipment?
Confirm the products and equipment for your agreed cleaning tasks before booking. Please tell us about any product preferences, allergies or sensitivities before your clean so we can discuss suitable products and precautions. If you would rather we use products you already have at the property in Madora Bay, just let us know.
Is there a minimum booking or cancellation policy?
Confirm the visit duration, available frequency and cancellation terms in your quote or booking agreement. Please tell us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a visit. Private bookings cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice have no cancellation fee. For NDIS-funded bookings, any cancellation claim must be permitted by the applicable NDIS rules and meet all claiming conditions, with terms agreed in your service agreement.
Are your cleaners police checked?
Ask the office to confirm the checks and insurance arrangements for the cleaner assigned to your visit. For NDIS participant services, the office confirms the applicable worker screening requirements before arranging the clean. We will agree access and any privacy needs when booking; please do not send keys or entry codes with your first enquiry.
Do you service all of Madora Bay?
Yes. Share the property address and requested cleaning tasks so we can agree access, scope, price and appointment arrangements before booking.
