Do I need to supply cleaning products or equipment?
No, your cleaner brings everything needed. The products we use are non toxic and safe for your family and pets. If you would rather we use products you already have at home in Brisbane Veterans’ Smurfettes, just let us know.
Is there a minimum booking or cancellation policy?
Bookings run for a minimum of 2 hours, scheduled daily, weekly or fortnightly to suit you. If plans change, we simply ask for 2 days notice to move or cancel a visit.
Are your cleaners police checked?
Yes. Every Smurfettes cleaner holds a National Police Clearance and an NDIS Worker Screening Check, is fully insured, and is trained to work respectfully in your home.
Does DVA cover my house cleaning?
Smurfettes is an approved household services provider for DVA. If cleaning is part of your DVA support, we work within that arrangement and invoice accordingly. Call us and we will confirm the details for you.
