Do I need to supply cleaning products or equipment?
No, your cleaner brings everything needed. The products we use are non toxic and safe for your family and pets. If you would rather we use products you already have at home in Melbourne, just let us know.
Is there a minimum booking or cancellation policy?
Bookings run for a minimum of 2 hours, scheduled daily, weekly or fortnightly to suit you. If plans change, we simply ask for 2 days notice to move or cancel a visit.
Are your cleaners police checked?
