A newer estate, and what that means for scheduling

Burns Beach is one of the more recently developed suburbs in the northern corridor. It is largely residential, compact, and without the shops, medical centres and services that older suburbs accumulated over decades. Most day-to-day amenity sits in neighbouring suburbs rather than in Burns Beach itself.

For a cleaning service that matters in one practical way: a visit here is planned as part of a northern-corridor run rather than as an isolated call-out, because that is what makes a reliable regular slot possible. It also means we would rather agree a consistent day and time with you than move the visit around week to week.

Modern homes on estate blocks

The housing is mostly newer, with garage entry, alarm or keypad access, and courtyard-style outdoor areas rather than large gardens. Tell us at booking how the cleaner gets in, whether there is an alarm, and whether anyone will be home. Where a key safe or a support worker handles access we record it against the job so the arrangement is the same every visit.

What the regular Burns Beach clean includes

Choose a rhythm that protects essential rooms

Weekly suits participants who find housework physically demanding or tiring. Fortnightly is the most common arrangement. Monthly works when you manage the day to day and want the heavier jobs handled. Lighter recurring maintenance visits are also available, and the frequency can change later if it is not working.

Scoping resets, deep work and moving cleans

Not every request is ongoing. A deeper one-off clean is common after a hospital stay, before family visit, or when things have got away from someone. Vacate cleaning is available when a participant is leaving a rental or moving between supported accommodation. Whether a one-off, deep or vacate clean can be funded from a plan depends on the participant’s circumstances and what the plan allows, so it is worth checking first.

Linen and laundry tasks

Laundry can be included where it forms part of what you need: washing, drying, folding and putting away during the same visit, arranged in advance so the time is allowed for.

Confirm funding before booking

Cleaning is not automatically funded for every participant. Whether it can come from a plan depends on the participant’s goals, assessed needs and the supports approved in that plan. Your support coordinator or plan manager can confirm it, and we provide a written quote beforehand.

Billing for each management type

Self-managed participants arrange the service with us directly and we invoice them. Plan-managed participants nominate their plan manager and invoices go there. NDIA-managed participants can use us because we are a Registered NDIS Provider.

Information for the first Burns Beach visit

We talk it through rather than send a form: which rooms matter, whether anyone is usually home, access and alarm details, and anything a cleaner should know before arriving. We confirm the day, the visit length and the frequency in writing. Our cleaners hold National Police Clearances and NDIS Worker Screening Clearances, and we carry insurance.

When a nominee or coordinator is involved

Call 1300 525 336 with the participant’s name and preferred contact, the suburb, how the plan is managed, the frequency and any access notes. A quote and service agreement can be supplied for your records.

Other homes we service nearby

We cover the northern corridor around Burns Beach, including Iluka, Currambine, Kinross, Connolly, Ocean Reef, Alkimos, Eglinton, Butler, Merriwa, Clarkson. See also NDIS cleaning across Perth and our Western Australia page.

Answers for Burns Beach households

Will I get a consistent day and time?

That is what we aim for, and in a suburb where visits are scheduled as part of a wider northern run, a consistent slot is easier for everyone to keep.

Can I keep the same cleaner?

Usually yes. If your regular cleaner is unavailable we tell you rather than send someone unannounced.

How soon can it start?

We currently have cleaner capacity in Western Australia and can often arrange a start quickly, though availability is confirmed for your address when you enquire.
