11+ years’ experience and have cleaned 30 000+ homes/buildings. We provide Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services. Our clients are NDIS, DVA, CARERS and other disability government organisations. We also serve private
clients and commercial business clients.
We have steadily grown and now cover All Perth suburbs, all the way down to Mandurah. We have also expanded in the other states of Australia.
Our team consist of multi-cultural experienced cleaners, male and female and are employees and contractors.
We aim to provide a quality cleaning service for the community with cleaners that are honest, reliable, and friendly.
You don't need to be home, you will need to arrange this at the time of booking.
Options of entry:-
• Have someone else open the door for the cleaner
• Have a lock box system set up and let the office know of the code
• Leave the key in a safe place and let the office know the location of the key
• Organise a spare key to leave with your regular cleaner
All our team members of Smurfettes Service have a Satisfactory Police Check and NDIS Clearance Check from the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme). It gives us the “Employer” complete peace of mind and gives our clients and participants complete peace of mind.
Smurfettes Service provides all cleaning equipment and products.
We use non-toxic cleaners that are safe for our staff, you and your family, your pets and the environment.
We adopt best practice cleaning methods to ensure quality cleaning.
Cleaners are supplied with their own standard cleaning products and equipment to carry out scheduled services. However, client’s may request that cleaners use specific products or equipment provided by them.
If a client chooses to supply their own cleaning products or equipment, they accept full liability for any damage, malfunction, or breakage that may occur as a result of their use. The provider and its cleaners will not be held liable for issues arising from client-supplied items. This term ensures clarity and accountability while allowing flexibility based on client preferences.
We recommend having the same regular come through.
In the event the cleaner becomes sick, away on holidays or moves on with their employment we will automatically have a replacement cleaner for you.
Our cleaners can duplicate the cleaning task requirements as its listed in their jobsite, but in the event that it simply wouldn’t be a fit, you can request another cleaner. We appreciate all feedbacks and will work with you to find the right cleaner that suits your needs.

Yes, we have a minimum 2-hour service engagement.
We offer multiple - weekly, weekly and fortnightly, monthly service frequency.
A cancellation is considered short notice when the client provides less than two (2) full business days’ notice prior to a scheduled service. In such cases, the provider reserves the right to charge 100% of the agreed service fee.
If the provider is unable to attend scheduled appointment, they will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule the service at a mutually convenient time.
Any request to reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will also be treated as a short notice cancellation and will incur the full service fee.
If a replacement cleaner is offered during the client’s regularly scheduled cleaning time and the client refuses the replacement, this will be considered a cancellation and the full service fee will apply.
If the cleaner arrives and is unable to gain access to the property, this will also be treated as a cancellation and the full service fee will be charged.
Smurfettes Service must always provide a safe working environment for our staff. We ask that our clients be respectful and adhere to this policy when cleaning is in progress. If this Policy is breached, we have the right to refuse service until it is safe to resume services again. Full chargers will still incur whether this clean goes ahead or not.
Pet safety and containment terms. For the safety of both our cleaners and your pets, all animals must be secured in
a safe and contained area during the scheduled cleaning service.
The client is responsible for ensuring that pets are not loose or in areas where cleaning will take place. If the cleaner arrives and is unable to safely carry out the service due to unsecured pets, this may result in the service being cancelled and the full service fee being charged.
This policy is in place to ensure a safe and effective working environment for our team while respecting the comfort and safety of your pets.
Smurfette's Service does not clean cat litter & clean pet waste.
Smurfettes is Closed on Public Holiday.
Smurfettes Service has their Annual Shutdown every year dates are variable but we do shut down for a couple of weeks. Clients will be notified of these dates.
