For NDIS household cleaning in Meadow Heights, tell us which rooms need attention and whether kitchen interiors or hard-to-reach surfaces need separate assessment.
Choose the domestic cleaning priorities

The exact list is agreed before the visit. Depending on the written quote, the discussion may include:
- a recurring core list with a separately agreed rotating priority
- kitchen benches, sinks and agreed outer surfaces
- bathrooms and toilets listed in the written scope
- vacuuming or mopping in named rooms
This service covers agreed ordinary domestic cleaning. Hazardous work, clinical decontamination, pest treatment, restoration, repairs and work outside the written task list are not included.
Identify work that may be hard to reach
Tell us about high, blocked or restricted surfaces. We will clarify what can be reached using the agreed cleaning method and what must be excluded. Ladders, specialist access equipment and moving heavy items are not assumed inclusions.
Separate routine kitchen work from extra tasks

List routine benches, sinks, splashbacks and floors separately from appliance or cupboard interiors so each task can be assessed and quoted. Food handling, pest treatment, appliance repair and restoration are outside ordinary household cleaning.
Ask before adding extra work
Ask before adding a room or task: it may change the time, price or service needed. Any change needs approval from the authorised person. If that approval is unavailable, the cleaner stays within the written task list.
Check the quote and invoice details you need
Check that your quote records the service, tasks, timing and price. Tell us how your plan is managed, where the invoice should go and any reference your plan manager or authorised contact needs. Share only information needed for these arrangements. Invoice details do not determine whether the support is funded.
For a quote, include the service address, room-by-room priorities, practical access notes, communication preference and requested visit pattern. Smurfettes will assess the tasks and confirm the proposed time and scope in writing before booking.
Keep provider registration and funding separate
Whether household cleaning can be paid from NDIS funding depends on whether the proposed tasks are NDIS supports, relate to your disability support needs and fit your plan and current rules. A written quote sets out the proposed work; a later invoice should record the work actually delivered. Neither is funding approval. If you are unsure whether this cleaning can be claimed, check your plan or speak with your plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact before booking.
Smurfettes Service Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider for Household Tasks. Registration does not decide whether this particular request can be claimed from an individual plan.

Include the service address, priority rooms and tasks, excluded areas, preferred frequency and timing, and any access or communication needs. Tell us who can approve the work. We agree the written tasks, price and appointment with you before confirming a booking. An enquiry does not approve NDIS funding.
