Your cleaner brings the equipment and products needed for the clean. Please tell us about any product preferences, allergies or sensitivities before your clean so we can discuss suitable products and precautions. If you would rather we use products you already have at the property in Sydney, just let us know.
What are your booking and cancellation rules?
Bookings run for a minimum of 2 hours. Daily, weekly or fortnightly visits can be discussed, subject to available appointments. If plans change, please give us 2 days’ notice to move or cancel a visit.
Can I trust the cleaner coming to my property?
All cleaners are police checked before starting work. For NDIS participant services, the office confirms the applicable worker screening requirements before arranging the clean. Our cleaners are fully insured and trained to work respectfully at your property.
Can seniors get help paying for cleaning?
